What's New

Resurrecting Samsung I9001 is easy. Phone is auto powered on with USB Data Cable connected to the PC while battery is connected.
Please note, MSM8255T is dual core chipset – it has ARM11 and Qualcomm Scorpion cores. During power on sequence only ARM11 core is visible on the JTAG chain. If boots are not completely damaged and it comes up to initializing of the Scorpion core then Scorpion core appears on the JTAG chain too. This will shift ARM11 from TAP0 into TAP1 position on the chain, while current resurrector has the ARM11 core hardcoded at TAP0 position. Thus make sure to establish JTAG connection in the time range while Scorpion core is not visible yet.

To resurrect Samsung I9001:

1.  Solder JTAG cable to Samsung I9001 JTAG pads;
2.  Make sure Samsung I9001 is selected in the list of models;
3.  Insert battery and connect USB Data cable;
4.  If you use only battery, press Power On key;
5.  Click Resurrect button;
6.  Wait till software signals a successful operation completion;
7.  Disconnect power supply, de-solder JTAG wires;

Now phone is in bootable condition, that is, even if it does not start up normally you can flash it using known flashing methods.
To enter download mode:

1.  Disconnect PC cable;
2.  Insert battery;
3.  Hold ‘Volume Down’ key and press ‘Power ON’ button.

Detected problem when we try to codify units with vehicle in movement, ECUs not allow acces via diagnostic on
movement, so we restrict access in this case.
Improved menu navigation when you enter to see any value, now not exists delay time after not configure any value 

[+] Improved mirror functions :

Added new screen when you configure position of mirrors (help screen)
Modified totally routines of movement for restrict movement in case that mirrors not be in correct position (blend)
Improved OFFSET function, for make a more precise configuration. Values from -9 to 9 (0 is normal value)

[+] Other fixments and improvements :

Improved communication that solves problem with screen (after power on vehicle not appears)
Modified the screen of the parameters selection, now only will appear parameters supported by your vehicle
Other minor bugs and fixments (internal)

• * Sony Ericsson ST18i – added Unlock, Repair IMEI, Write Firmware, Read/Write/Repair TA.

In order to perform Unlock and Repair IMEI operations with Sony Ericsson ST18i, you'll need to use TP. For a detailed information on this subject please refer to the manual located in the "Cable & Manual" tab. Manuals are available for all supported models.
 
Important! For your convenience we've separated Unlock and Repair IMEI operations. So now, one Sony Ericsson Repair IMEI for Octopus Box owners will cost 10 credits. 7227,8250-based phones require special uart cables ( pinout included in docs ),
however it is highly recommended to use special GPG cables
8x55-based phones does not require any special cables.

as side effect, imei change possible now for s1 qualcomm-based phones.
for 7227,8250-based phones need select COM as interface, options are:
( signed mode, altbypass mode, do full unlock, allow to change imei when unlocking, use testpoint (gnd type) )
for 8x50-based phones need select USB as interface, options are:
( signed mode, altbypass mode, do full unlock, allow to change imei when unlocking )

cost of imei change 5 credits, please take in mind, that if you change imei, phone need to be unlocked,
so add another 5 credits for unlock procedure.
if you have calculated signature for some imei, then you can save 5 credits for unlocking
